The ability to do this would be incredible. As we create custom fields, and our lists extend it's difficult to keep track of them and their uses if you didn't create them. Grouping or Sorting would allow you to collapse and reorder the list for easier browsing, and allows for the potential to add prefixes if grouping isn't feasible.
