Ability to filter Team view by user

Add the ability to filter Team view by a specific user.
Problem
Team view can be hard to use when you need to focus on one person.
Requested outcome
Provide a user filter (or quick picker) so someone can select a teammate and view only that person’s items in Team view.

Or being able to select multiple team members and exclude others. Right now, it just shows anyone that is on that project, not necessarily just the people working on it.
