The feature to downgrade existing users to external users has been removed: https://hiveteams.canny.io/feature-requests/p/manage-users-ability-to-downgrade-users-to-external-users-rather-than-just-remov.
Please reintroduce the option.

I second this please, as if not I delete them and the approvals they did don't show who it was!
