Ability to create an action card status across multiple projects

Some workspaces need a status that applies to all projects. So it would be convenient if an Admin can create a status that applies to all projects in a workspace.

Since the action card statuses now live on the custom status page, it would be really handy to have the option to add the status to multiple projects at a time, in addition to deleting the status from the workspace. It could be similar to the label management page.
