Ability to assign placeholder at action card level (in addition to project level)

When assigning a placeholder, we are prompted:
"Would you like to set the placeholder to [selected assignee] for all actions in this project?"
This means placeholders are always applied project-wide, limiting flexibility.
In many cases, teams do not yet know who will take over a specific action within a given project. A more granular placeholder assignment would improve task delegation and would allow for greater flexibility in team collaboration.
Please introduce an option to assign placeholders only for the current action rather than all actions in the project.

I want to be able to assign tasks to placeholders without affecting all tasks assigned to that placeholder. Currently, assigning a placeholder affects all tasks, which is not ideal.
