We've added sa proof icon on any action card that includes an active proof — just like the attachment icon.
This makes it easier to spot which actions have proofs attached, helping teams quickly find and open the right cards in larger projects without needing to click into each one. The proof icon appears consistently across all views where attachment icons are shown.
