We've improved the way actions with multiple approval rounds display in Proofing & Approvals. Now, when an action includes more than two inactive rounds, a
“Show all N rounds”
button appears at the top of the modal.This makes it easier to jump straight to the latest activity without scrolling through every past round. Click “Show all” to view the full history in one click.
