Decimals in project budgets

Previously when calculating project budgets, users could only add whole numbers. We've now added the ability to add a decimal number to budgets. This allows for more accurate reporting when sharing project budgets both internally and externally.

Decimals numbers can be added manually in your Project Overview budget as well as in Time-tracking and Resourcing. Users can also add a decimal in the '+ Add other costs' column in the Project Overview.
