Create a new dashboard for Project Health

It would be immensely helpful to have a dashboard that could at a glance show us what our project health is.
So if we could see total estimated hours, hours already logged and then the "resourced" hours that haven't been logged yet, that would allow our project managers to quickly see: (1) if logged hours plus remaining "resourced" hours is 20% more than what we estimated then we know we are at risk and can flag that or (2) if logged plus remaining "resourced" is less than or equal to estimated then we are on track. This would make it so that our PMs could take a look for five minutes every day and get their project health.

I'd expand on this with a true project health score of some sort. If would be easy enough to have admins set thresholds and flag things like conditional formatting if they are 20% below as yellow, or 50% below as red for example. Projections do a world of good if Hive can "see" that you're using hours faster than the project duration would allow, or if you have more overdue tasks than allowed at a certain stage.
