Adjust formula for "other costs" and "unused budget" totals in project overview so they only reflect the scheduled costs appropriate for their respective categories

Love the fact we can now add a date to each of our "other costs" in the project overview! It would be wonderful though if the "other costs" total only reflected the sum of the items with a date of >=TODAY and the "unused budget" total only reflected the sum of items with a date of <TODAY.

Gina Lockwood: I don't fully have the background on how the Hive calculations/metrics for analytics are configured, but most of our "other costs" relate to materials versus time, so is the thought perhaps the time categories would be calculated/rendered based on the scheduled date for the other cost?
