Get Action to show Archived/Deleted

Currently, using Get action doesn't inform the user if the action card has been archived/deleted. It would be helpful if a user can pull this information from API.

So we can certainly support archived through a field "archived: true/false", but for security reasons (authorization and such) we can't do this for deleted. Is there any reason the 404 return for deleted items doesn't work for this use case?

Eric Typaldos: Unfortunately, the 404 return doesn't work for our instance. We are pulling the most recent 300 updated tasks via the API and deleted wouldn't show up for us so we don't know what tasks should be removed. If we could set up a call to show us the most recent 300 deleted tasks, that would work for us.
I am not understanding why deleted poses a security issue. And how it's different in terms of security compared to archived.
