Add simple ID as a column in table view

Would like to be able to sort by simple ID in table view. Ideally, the UI would match the export functionality.

along with this, if exported into excel, we lose all traceability of subactions because they get a new ID number assigned. Sub actions should be a -(rev letter) or, .# so they they can always be associated with theirmain action card.
