When in Summary View, allow public link sharing for Table View, similar to what happens in other views

Right now, Public Link only allows a Gantt view. On one project of ours, we have built our to-dos based on the Table View, which is how we want our client to view the material as well. Want our client to have a Public Link of the Table View, not a Gantt Chart view.
