Ability to select a Custom Field to include on a Form

We have Custom fields that we also need to include on a form. I have to create the field again for the form because there is no way to select an existing custom field on a form.

This would be extremely helpful for our team! Currently, if the custom field is updated/modified any existing form utilizing that custom field will not match. It creates multiple custom fields with similar information and is a huge amount of work to fix.
