Allow sub-actions to be duplicated

At the moment we can only duplicate action cards so any tasks that are sub actions are not able to be duplicated. Helps for a variety of different project set ups such as seasons with different types of episodes sitting within them.

Not all activity lives at the parent action level, there are sub and sub -sub actions which need to be copied and inserted in other parts of the same project.
